At The You Company, your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our handcrafted, personal-care products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at theyoucompany78@gmail.com, and we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

To be eligible for a resolution:

• Contact must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

• Include a photo of the item and packaging.

• Product must be unused and in original condition.

We reserve the right to deny replacement requests if abuse of our policy is suspected.

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping times vary based on your location, typically taking 3–7 business days after dispatch.
